The Cochinillo de Segovia PGI is a European quality label that protects and guarantees that this product complies with the required standards for birth, rearing, and feeding. A Segovia PGI suckling pig has, among others, the following characteristics: a young pig no more than 3 weeks old, fed exclusively on its mother's milk, weighing between 4 and 6 kg, with very tender, white meat.
